Under Articie 3 of the Reich Citizenship Law of September 15, 1925 
(RGB1L I 1116) the follow:n; is ordered: - 
Article 1 
1) Criminal actions committed by Jews shall be punished by the police, 
2) The p.ovision of the Folish penal laws of 4 December 1911 
(RCB1L. I 759) sh4ll no longer « »wply to Juws, 
Article 2 
1) The property cf a Jew sh24ll be confiscated 5y the Reich after 
his death. 
2) The Reich may, hor er, zrant compenssätion to the non-Jewish

acministrative provisiomns for the administratioen ard enforcement of this

shall apply to Jewish nationals of foreimn countries.
